Our Service
Started this company as a way to keep doing what I love in the place I choose to live and raise my family. The athletes
of the Maritimes are often missing access to higher level training programs and it is my goal to stay close to home and provide
such a service.
Coaching is a huge part of my life and I want to share my knowledge with the athletes from the Atlantic
Provinces to make them better prepared for higher level competition.

With my background in personal training, beginner to elite coaching, human kinetics, and physiology I promise
to provide a training program superior to any other available in the Maritime provinces.
